Privacy policy

This website is operated by Vcode Freelance, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). We keep the personal information we collect to a minimum and use it only for the purposes described here.

What we collect

When you send a project brief through our contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your company name, if you choose to give it;
• the services you select and the project details you write.

If you email us directly, we receive the information in your email. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to read and reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Formspree, a form-delivery service, and our email is hosted by an email provider. These providers process the information only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our correspondence, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to ask@vcodefreelance.co.in.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page.
